Worship
During our services you may see the following creative expressions of worship. We encourage you to join in these expressions with us:
-
Joyful Singing - "But as for me, I shall sing of thy strength; yes, I shall joyfully sing of thy loving kindness in the morning." (Psalm 59:16)
-
Joyful Shouting - "O come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation...," (Psalm 95:1-2)
-
Singing with the Spirit - "I shall sing with the spirit and I shall sing with my mind also." (I Corinthians 14:15)
-
Clapping - "O clap your hands, all peoples; shoult to God with a voice of joy." (Psalm 47:1)
-
Lifting up of the hands - "I will lift up my hands in thy name" (Psalm 63:4)
-
Dancing - "Let them praise His name with dancing." (Psalm 149:3)
-
Kneeling - "Come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord and Maker." (Psalm 95:6)
-
Praise using musical instruments - "Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; praise Him with the psaltery and harp. Praise Him with timbrel and dance; praise Him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise Him upon the loud cymbals; praise Him upon the high-sounding cymbals." (Psalm 150:3-5)
We believe you will find our worship services to be lively and inspirational while at the same time giving reverence and respect to the Lord and keeping the scriptural command to, "Let all things be done decently and in order." (I Corinthians 14:40)
